Azaria is the renovation of an existing four-stored building, which sits on a waterfronts in the Banana Island Lagos. The existing building was completely stripped back and the internal spaces re-ordered to create a six-bedroom residence on four floors with new ground floor conservatory and an extension for a chapel and family games room. The development had extensive landscaping on both the ground and roof deck and also had an internal Zen garden incorporated into the lounge space.  The Mechanical and Electrical system were completely upgraded  to include for home automation.
